  18. Jul. 21 – Gunmen fired at a paramilitary soldier as he was riding on a motorcycle in Pattani‘s Saiburi district, injuring him and his girlfriend. [BP]
  19. Jul. 23 – Terrorists fired at a Buddhist family as they were riding a motorcycle in the Takbai district of the Narathiwat province, killing the father and mother. Their son was wounded in the attack. [BP & MCOT]
  20. Jul. 23 – Malay militants shot and wounded a village chief at his rubber plantation in the Yarang district of the Pattani province. [BP & MCOT]
  21. Jul. 24 – Two teachers were killed and a colleague was injured when their vehicle was struck in a roadside bomb explosion in the Chanae district of the Narathiwat province. Two policemen who were escorting the teachers were also wounded in the attack. [BP, MCOT & Nat]

  25. Jul. 31 – A soldier was seriously wounded in a roadside bomb explosion that targeted an army patrol in the Yaha district of the Yala province. The victim succumbed to his injuries shortly afterwards. [BP & MCOT]
