The Confrontational Anarchist Front of Thessaloniki [SAMT; Synkrousiakó Anarchikó Métopo Thessaloníkis] was a Greek anarchist militant outfit. The group was active in the northern city of Thessaloniki where it first emerged on May 03, 2018 when members burnt the parked car of a notary.¹ On May 27, SAMT attackers detonated an incendiary bomb outside the apartment of a university professor who served as an advisor to NATO.² The group claimed responsibility for both attacks in separate communiqués posted on an anarchist website.³ Following these two incidents, the SAMT disappeared.
