The DEM’s Deviant Behaviors Cell [DEM-AS; DEM – Apoklínouses Symperiforés] was a Greek anarchist militant outfit that operated as a branch of the International Revolutionary Front [DEM; Diethnés Epanastatikó Métopo]. The outfit was behind the Jun. 27, 2012 attack on the offices of Microsoft in the Maroussi suburb of Athens.1 Three attackers crashed a stolen van laden with gas cannisters into the building and subsequently set it alight, causing significant damage. The DEM-AS claimed responsibility for the action in a statement posted on left-wing extremist websites.2 The group reported to have targeted Microsoft because it produces technology that replaces humans and serves as a pillar of the capitalist system.3 It also expressed support for Olga Economidou, an imprisoned leader of the Conspiracy of Fire Nuclei [SPF; Synomosía ton Pyrínon tis Fotiás].4
