The Conspiracy of Complicit and Chaotic Individuals [KICK; Konspiration d’Individualités Complices et Kaotiques] was a small group of anarchist militants who destroyed several vehicles in the June 2017 arson attack at the parking lot of an electric utility company in Crest, in the department of Drôme.1 In a communiqué, the KICK expressed its opposition to new electric meters and proclaimed solidarity with Anarchist militants on trial in Paris.2
