The Enraged against the State and its Minions Cell [EEL; Enragés contre l’État et ses Larbins] was an apparent anarchist militant entity that asserted responsibility for the Oct. 16, 2018 fire that destroyed four parked vehicles and damaged an adjacent building in the city of Nantes.¹ The outfit claimed to have targeted a van belonging to the Spie construction company in a statement posted on an anarchist website.
