Jérémy Mourain (°ca 1989) is a French national-socialist militant from the French Picardy region. He was a troubled youth. Mourain became an alcoholic as a young teenager and was kicked out of the house by his parents when he was sixteen years old. Mourain left school and joined a local group of skinheads.1 Through them, he linked up with the Third Way Movement [TV; Troisième Voie]. Over time, Mourain became a confidante of TV leader Serge Ayoub and assumed leadership of the movement’s branch in Picardy.2

Following the disbandment of the TV, Mourain and his associates established the White Wolves Clan [WWK; Clan des Loups Blanc] in July 2013.3 Mourain became the group’s leader and ruled his followers through fear and violence.4 He terrorized his men with brutal punishment for every infraction.5 Although Mourain’s group occasionally launched attacks against immigrants, most of the WWK’s violence targeted rival national-socialists.6

In March 2015, French police rolled up the WWK. Fifteen members of the outfit, including Mourain, were apprehended.7 Although most of the detained WWK members were released shortly afterwards, Mourain was kept in jail for two years while awaiting trial.8 In March 2017, proceedings against Mourain and his associates began at a court in Amiens.9 On Mar. 30, Mourain received a nine-year prison sentence.10
