Abdallah Guitone is a little-known Moroccan jihadi. He lived in Spain and Britain before moving to the French city of Grenoble.1 Guitone traveled to Syria in 2012 and joined the Holy Warriors Consultative Council [MSM; Majlis Shura al-Mujahideen] of Amr al-Absi. He eventually ended up with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant [DaIISh; Dawlat al-Islamiya fi-Iraq wal ash-Sham].2 Guitone became active in the organization’s francophone outreach efforts. Through social media, he distributed videos calling on Muslims in Europe to join the DaIISh.3 In the summer of 2014, Guitone called for the Islamic reconquest of Andalusia.4 He was eliminated in a clash with Syrian regime forces near Raqqa on Jul. 25, 2014.5
