Jérôme Bailly (°ca 1976) is a French national-socialist militant from Picardy. He helped found the White Wolves Clan [WWK; Clan des Loups Blanc] in the summer of 2013.1 Bailly subsequently served as WWK leader Jérémy Mourain’s deputy.2 He wanted to focus more on combat and reportedly inspired the group’s adoption of violence.3 A French court sentenced Bailly to three years in prison on Mar. 30, 2017.4
