The Informal Anarchist Federation – Northern Chapter [EAPJ; Epämuodollisen Anarkistifederaation Pohjoinen Jaosto] was a small Finnish anarchist militant entity. Its members were behind a firebomb attack on a police station in the Kerava suburb of Helsinki on Nov. 07, 2011.1 Shortly afterwards, the EAPJ claimed responsibility in a statement posted on a well-known anarchist website.2 The outfit disappeared following this incident.

The EAPJ attack took place during a period of increased activity by anarchist militants in Finland. It is not known whether the group’s members were linked to other incidents. The EAPJ’s relationship with other branches of the Informal Anarchist Federation [FAI; Federazione Anarchica Informale] also remains unclear.
