Mohammed Ramadan is a little-known Egyptian jihadi operative. He linked up with the Partisans of the Holy House [ABaM; Ansar Bait al-Maqdis] in the early 2010s.1 In the fall of 2013, Ramadan joined Hammam Attiya and helped establish the Reinforcements of Egypt [AM; Ajnad Misr].2
Ramadan was appointed to oversee the group’s internal security. He taught AM cadres techniques to avoid detection by Egypt’s security forces.3 Ramadan also helped making bombs and was involved in disseminating propaganda on the internet.4
Ramadan was eventually caught up in security forces’ crackdown on the AM. An Egyptian court sentenced him to death on Oct. 08, 2017.5
