Amr Abu Rahab (°ca 1969) was an Egyptian jihadi active on the Sinai peninsula during the early 2010s. Following the 2011 Egyptian Revolution, he became a key member of the Partisans and Holy Warriors [AwM; Ansar wal-Mujahideen].1 Abu Rahab served as the deputy of AwM leader Adel Habara.2 In that capacity, he took part in the Aug. 19, 2013 execution of 25 policemen in Rafah.3 Following Habara’s arrest and the dissolution of the AwM, Abu Rahab joined the Partisans of the Holy House [ABaM; Ansar Bait al-Maqdis].4 The Egyptian army eliminated him during operations south of Sheikh Zuwaid on Oct. 07, 2014.5
