1. Jan. 01 – One soldier was injured when an Islamist assailant deliberately drove his car into French troops guarding a mosque in the city of Valence, in the Drôme department. A Muslim worshipper was slightly wounded when the soldiers fired at the attacker. [BFMTV & Mon]
2. Jan. 06 – A bomb exploded at a house under construction in Furiani, in the Haute-Corse department, causing only minor damage. The house belonged to a Moroccan man. [20M, CM & F3]
3. Jan. 07 – A Tunisian supporter of the DaIISh attacked officers with a meat cleaver at a police station in city center of Paris. No policemen were hurt in the incident. The attacker was shot dead in retaliatory gunfire. [BBC & F3]
4. Jan. 11 – A Jewish man was slightly hurt when a Kurdish supporter of the DaIISh attacked him with a machete outside a synagogue in the city of Marseille, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. [20M, CFCA & Fig]
5. Jan. 16 – Suspected anarchists set fire to two heavy machines at the construction site of a holding facility for illegal immigrants in Calais, in the Pas-de-Calais department. [F3 & VdN]
6. Jan. 27 – Attackers set fire to an office of the French state revenue service in the town of Loudéac, in the Côtes-d’Armor department, causing only minor damage. The ARB claimed responsibility for the attack. [F3]
7. Feb. 02 – Unidentified assailants sprayed gunfire at a Muslim butcher shop in Propriano, in the Corse-du-Sud department, causing only minor damage. [CCIF]
8. Feb. 21 – A band of thirty thugs firebombed and destroyed six heavy machines at a construction site in Grigny, in the Essonne department. [BFMTV, Fig & Par]
9. Feb. 25 – Militants bombed and destroyed a parked car in the city of Ajaccio, in the Corse-du-Sud department. [F3]
10. Mar. 07 – A Jewish youth was slightly injured in an assault by three thugs of African descent on a street in the city center of Paris. [CFCA]
11. Apr. 20 – Attackers threw two firebombs at the Turkish consulate in the city of Marseille, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. [F3]
12. Apr. 29 – An Islamic prayer hall was partially destroyed in an arson attack by unidentified assailants in the city of Ajaccio, in the Corse-du-Sud department. [Dep]

14. May 19 – An attacker threw a homemade firebomb at a police station in the city of Dijon, in the Côte-d’Or department. [BP]
15. May 21 – Thugs hurled a firebomb at a police patrol in the Poissy suburb of Paris, in the Yvelines department. No one was hurt in the incident. [Par]
16. May 26 – Unknown assailants destroyed a cash machine in an arson attack at a bank in the town of Cibourne, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department. [F3]
17. Jun. 02 – Thugs set fire to three vehicles belonging to officers parked outside a police station in the Parisian suburb of Villeneuve-Saint-Georges, in the Val-de-Marne department. [Par]
18. Jun. 13 – A police officer and his wife who also worked for the police were stabbed to death in their home by a terrorist in the town of Magnanville, in the Yvelines department. 19. Jun. 14 – A local student was stabbed and injured by an Islamist extremist with psychological problems as she was waiting for the bus in the city of Rennes, in the Ille-et-Vilaine department. [Fig]
20. Jun. 16 – Thugs set fire to a parked car and subsequently hurled two firebombs at policemen who arrived at the scene in the city of Beauvais, in the Oise department. The attackers later burnt five other cars. [Par]
21. Jun. 18 – A group of thugs set fire to several parked cars in the Rillieux-la-Pape suburb of Lyon, in the Lyon department. The assailants later hurled firebombs and rocks at policemen responding to the fires. [LC]
22. Jun. 21 – Attackers rammed a car into the embassy of the Republic of Congo and tossed firebombs into the building in the city of Paris, causing only damage. The incident was attributed to members of the Congolese opposition. [Fig]
23. Jun. 29 – Thugs hurled firebombs and rocks at police officers and firemen as they were clearing obstructions placed on a street in the Fleury-Mérogis suburb of Paris, in the Essonne department. [Par]
24. Jun. 29 – An office of a labor union was set on fire by unknown assailants in the city of Bordeaux, in the Gironde department. [Par]
25. Jul. 03 – A group of ten thugs hurled a firebomb at a police vehicle in the city center of Paris, wounding three officers. [Par]
26. Jul. 05 – A group of a bout fifty thugs hurled stones at policemen as they were inspecting a car in the Devèze suburb of Béziers, in the Hérault department. One officer was hurt in the incident. [20M]
27. Jul. 12 – Unidentified attackers set fire to a cash machine at a bank in the town of Ustaritz, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, causing only damage. [F3]
28. Jul. 13 – Thugs threw firebombs and hurled rocks at policemen in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, in the Essonne department. Nobody was hurt in the incident. [Par]
29. Jul. 14 – A terrorist deliberately drove a truck into crowds celebrating a national holiday on a seaside avenue in the city of Nice, in the Alpes-Maritimes department, killing 85 revelers and injuring at least 434 others. 30. Jul. 16 – Approximately thirty thugs hurled firebombs and stones at a police patrol in the Vaulx-en-Velin suburb of Lyon. No one was hurt in the incident. [20M, BFMTV, Fig & Prog]
31. Jul. 19 – Thugs fired shots at police during disturbances in Beaumont-sur-Oise, in the Val-d’Oise department. Nine cars were also set on fire by the assailants. [AFP & Par]
32. Jul. 20 – Two police vehicles and thirteen cars were set on fire by thugs during disturbances in Beaumont-sur-Oise, Bruyères-sur-Oise and Persan, in the Val-d’Oise department. [AFP & Par]
33. Jul. 21 – Assailants torched a fuel station and set fire to at least seven parked vehicles in Beaumont-sur-Oise, Brenes-sur-Oise, Champagne-sur-Oise, Isle-Adam and Persan, in the Val-d’Oise department. [Par]
34. Jul. 22 – Thugs fired buckshot at police officers during disturbances in Beaumont-sur-Oise, Bruyères-sur-Oise and Persan, in the Val-d’Oise department, injuring four officers. Ten cars were also set alight by the attackers. [Par]
35. Jul. 23 – Assailants fired shots at a police vehicle in the Boyenval neighborhood of Beaumont-sur-Oise, in the Val-d’Oise department. The thugs also burnt three parked cars. No one was hurt in the incident. [Par]
36. Jul. 23 – A group of thugs hurled firebombs, launched fireworks and threw rocks at policemen responding to a distress call as they arrived at the scene in Mantes-la-Jolie, in the Yvelines department. [Par]
37. Jul. 23 – Kurdish attackers hurled two firebombs at a building housing a Turkish community organization in the city of Valence, in the Drôme department, causing only minor damage. [BFMTV, F3 & Fig]
38. Jul. 23 – Thugs set fire to a work shed and two cars in the Courneuve suburb of Paris, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department. About thirty attackers launched fireworks and hurled rocks at a police patrol as it arrived at the site. Four policemen were slightly hurt in the incident. [Par]
39. Jul. 27 – Assailants set fire to a parked car in Mantes-la-Jolie, in the Yvelines department. The attackers subsequently hurled firebombs and threw rocks at policemen and firefighters as they arrived at the scene. [Par]
40. Jul. 27 – Two terrorists burst into a church in the village of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray, in the Seine-Maritime department. The priest was killed by having his throat slit. An elderly worshipper was stabbed and injured by the attackers. The two assailants were shot dead by police as they tried to leave the church. The DaIISh claimed responsibility for the attack. 41. Jul. 28 – A group of thugs stopped and subsequently firebombed a public bus after having ordered the driver and passengers to evacuate in the Parisian suburb of Saint-Denis, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department. [FB, Fig, OF & Par]
42. Jul. 29 – About twenty cars and a minivan were set alight by thugs in the Parisian suburb of Courneuve, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department. [Par]
43. Aug. 07 – Supporters of the PKK hurled two incendiary bombs at a building housing a Turkish community organization in Montélimar, in the Drôme department. [20M, BFMTV, F3 & OF]
44. Aug. 13 – Muslim extremists assaulted locals following a dispute over Islamic bathing gear on a beach in Sisco, in the Haute-Corse department. Two Czech nationals were injured in the incident. One of the victims was shot with a harpoon. The incident sparked a large-scale confrontation between locals and the extremists. [Mon]
45. Aug. 15 – Assailants belonging to the local North African community hurled firebombs and fired buckshot at a Romani encampment in the city of Marseille, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. Seven Romanis were hurt in the incident. [Fig, Par & Prov]
46. Aug. 19 – A rabbi was stabbed and injured by an Islamist thug on a street in the city of Strasbourg, in the Bas-Rhin department. [20M & CFCA]
47. Aug. 20 – A gunman fired shots at policemen who were checking the identity of a cyclist on a street in the Gentilly suburb of Paris, in the Val-de-Marne department. No one was injured in the incident. [Par]

51. Sep. 04 – Two Frenchmen were assaulted and injured by Islamists after the extremists had objected the victims’ wives clothing in the city of Toulon, in the Var department. [BFMTV & VM]
52. Sep. 06 – Attackers set fire to a building that was being converted to house asylum seekers in Forges-les-Bains, in the Essonne department, causing considerable damage. [OF]
53. Sep. 11 – Unidentified assailants hurled a firebomb at an office of the social-democratic PS party in Lannion, in the Côtes-d’Armor department. [OF]
54. Sep. 12 – A group of approximately fifty thugs set fire to a school building in Romans-sur-Isère, in the department of Drôme. The attackers subsequently hurled stones at police officers and firemen arriving at the scene. The school was badly damaged in the incident. [20M]

56. Sep. 24 – A band of about twenty thugs hurled three firebombs at policemen who were responding to a call for burning trash bins in the Vergnes neighborhood of Clermont-Ferrand, in the Puy-de-Dôme department. [F3 & OF]

58. Oct. 13 – A group of thugs hurled an incendiary bomb at firefighters in the Ronde Couture suburb of Charleville-Mézières, in the Ardennes department. [F3]

68. Oct. 31 – About a dozen thugs set fire to a trash bin and later hurled an incendiary bomb at police officers and firemen as they arrived at the scene in Trappes, in the department of Yvelines. [Par]
69. Oct. 31 – Policemen investigating acts of vandalism were attacked with a firebomb and rocks by a band of approximately forty thugs in Meulan, in the Yvelines department. Nobody was injured in the incident. [Par]

73. Nov. 11 – Five parked cars were set on fire by thugs in the Sanitas suburb of Tours, in the Indre-et-Loire department. The incident occurred following confrontations between members of the immigrant community and police earlier in the day. [FB]

79. Dec. 22 – Ecologist militants set fire to a building at a veal farm in Saint-Martial-le-Vieux, in the department of Creuse, causing only limited damage. [F3]

82. Dec. 26 – Thugs fired a shot and hurled rocks at a passing police vehicle in the Haut-du-Lièvre suburb of Nancy, in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department. No one was hurt in the incident. [ER]
